About Us

Lumics manufactures laser diode chips and fiber-coupled modules with optical output power of up to 900W in the range of 750nm to 1940nm based on our own chip fab. We offer 14-pin butterfly modules with single mode chips, customized multimode modules, OEM packages or “plug-and-play” turn key systems.
